Erica is a dedicated mother of three, loving wife, and experienced child care professional. She has been working in child care since 2011 and became the Director of Bess Knpp in 2015, guiding young minds and supporting families in her community. An active member of First Baptist Church, Erica balances her family life and career with her faith . Her favorite way to unwind is spending time at the beach with her family, where she finds joy in the sand and sun. Erica finds inspiration in her favorite Bible verse, Jeremiah 29:11: "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
